Energy Performance of Buildings (EPB) Certification

All accommodation located in the Brussels-Capital Region, on sale as of 1 May 2011 or lease commencing November 1, 2011, must have an EPB certificate certifying its energy performance. Certificates are granted by Brussels Environment.
