The Green Building Cluster of Lower Austria is a network of the most innovative Lower Austrian companies active in all areas of energy efficient and sustainable building, refurbishment, energy management and energy technologies. The aim of the Green Building Cluster of Lower Austria is to link and strengthen existing native competence in the area of sustainable building and living. In its work in the area of construction and building, the cluster focuses on refurbishment and upgrading of older buildings to low-energy standards; construction of new multi-story buildings to passive house standards; interior ventilation systems; and general living quality. In the area of energy, the cluster is banking on renewable raw materials. Its activities are expanding step by step to include renewable energy and environmental technology.
