View source for Integrated Energy and Climate Protection Policy Hannover

A brief analysis of climate protection policies and actions that propelled Hannover to the status of front-runner region, with a special emphasis on integration. In the course of more than two decades the Hannover City Council has used an integrated approach to the general planning and management of the activities in the municipality, including climate protection and reduction of energy consumption. This approach unites the efforts of all stakeholders, where at in the case of Stadtwerke Hannover AG an optimal balance between the interests of the energy supplier and the respective consumers has always been sought.
