An innovative sub-project at district Hannover-Kronsberg under substantial involvement of Stadtwerke Hannover (Manfred Görg, Department energy politics and extra tasks). At this time, local developers and builders were not convinced to build the project, therefore Stadtwerke Hanover introduced the developer and builder Rasch&Partner, charged by City of Hannover to develop and build the settlement.
It consists of 10 terraced houses and 14 semi-detached and was completed in 2000.
