General
Commissioned by the Platform 31 (SEV by than) in 2011 the Nibud has changed the policy for investments into zero-energy-houses. By this policy banks are allowed to provide on top of the mortgage an extra loan of € 15.500 for new built houses. This is depending on the income of the house owners. ( above €27.000) For retrofitting to energy-neutral homeowners can borrow from €18.00 up to € 29.000 extra. The amount depends on the energy label of the house before retrofitting.
