Duurzaamheidslening is a measure of the national government (SVN= stimulation funds on public housing) to support sustainable measurements (both energy saving and energy supply) in the private building sector. It is loan with attractive interest (3% below market interest rates) conditions with a maximum of €25.000 per household. The loan must be repaid within 15 years. This subsidy is organized via local governments.
